National Technical paper presentation

  Eligibility:

Students pursuing:
1. BE/B.TECH.(All Streams)
2. B.Sc (IT, Computers or Plain)
3. Diploma in Engineering(All streams)

Abstract Guidelines:

1.     The last date for submitting the ABSTRACT is : 25^TH MAR  2015

     2. Abstract to be submitted to the event head
     3. The length of abstract should not exceed 500 words
     4. It must include the name, affiliation,e-mail id and mobile number of the first author just below the title on the first page followed by abstract. Names of other participants must also be included.
    5. Participants must also mention subject area upon which the topic is based.
    6. For the selected abstracts, author must submit the FULL LENGTH PAPER in a maximum of 10 pages of IEEE two column format (see enclosure for format).

 Event Rules and Format

 TEAM:

1)    Team can have maximum of 4 participants

2) No participant can be part of more than one team.

 3) There is no restriction on the number of teams from same college.
 4) Participants should carry valid i-card if they are selected for final presentation.

 FORMAT:

   The event will be held in two phases.

  PHASE 1

  -- Submission of the Abstract.
  -- Any of the topics can be used.
  -- The Best ABSTRACT will be selected for phase 2(will be informed by mail/message).

PHASE 2

 -- The short listed Teams then need to submit the Paper and PowerPoint presentation.

 -- The paper submitted will have to be presented during the event.
 -- 2 hard copies of the same are to be submitted before presentation.
 -- Teams will get 10 minutes to present their paper.
 -- Presentations may be accompanied by Demo or Visual aids for not more than 1.5minutes extra.
-- It will be followed by a question and answer session of 3 minutes

 -- Participants will have to present their paper as a PowerPoint presentation only.

 -- Violation of any rule can result in rejection of paper.

 IMPORTANT DATES:

 -- 25^th  March: Last date to submit the Paper and Entry Fee.
 -- 25^th March : Announcement of shortlisted participants.
 -- 26^th & 27^TH March: Final Presentation
 

 CERTIFICATES:

 Participation certificate will be given to all shortlisted participants after 1^st phase.

        Registration  fees-Rs.500/-

       Prize money- For winner- 2000/-+National level certificates
